1. Cancellation & Refunds
Free Cancellation:
You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled activity or service.
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or if you do not show up for your activity, the booking is non-refundable.

Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp once your refund is issued.
2. Changes & Rescheduling
If you need to change your booking date or time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
3. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
If your activity is cancelled by us due to weather conditions or unforeseen events, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. No Shows
If you do not arrive at the designated time and place for your booking, and you have not contacted us in advance, the booking is non-refundable.
5. Special Offers & Promotions
Refunds for activities or products purchased under special offers, promotions, or discounted rates may be subject to additional terms and may not be fully refundable.
6. Cash Payment on Site (“Sur Place”)
We offer the option to pay in cash directly at the activity location (“sur place”).
- If you select cash payment, your reservation will be confirmed without advance payment.
- Please bring the correct amount in cash to pay our staff or partners upon arrival.
- If you need to cancel a cash-on-site reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can release your spot for other guests.
- No-shows or late cancellations for cash payments may result in future booking restrictions.
